Mountaineering Ireland Club Leadership Training

Objective –  Mountaineering Ireland’s objectives for this training are -

•To increase the number of leaders available in hillwalking clubs.

•To provide direct support to clubs to encourage more members to step up and lead walks.

•To assist walk leaders in sharing information on hillwalking and enjoying the outdoors responsibly with participants on walks.

•To direct participants towards further training possibilities (Mountain Skills, Mountain Leader Award).
